Role Overview

  • The CoreOps Lead – Delivery (Senior Manager) provides strategic and operational leadership for large-scale Autonomous Vehicle (AV) programs and 24/7 services. The role focuses on delivery excellence, client engagement, CoreOps transformation, and operational scalability aligned with business objectives.


Core Responsibilities

  • Define and execute CoreOps strategy aligned with AV program goals
  • Drive continuous improvement across processes, tools, and workforce models
  • Align delivery outcomes with organizational and client objectives
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams

Delivery & Operations

  • Own end-to-end AV/ADAS delivery and 24/7 operations
  • Ensure SLA, KPI, quality, and timeline adherence
  • Establish scalable governance and delivery frameworks
  • Drive operational excellence and performance tracking

Client Engagement

  • Act as primary delivery contact for client stakeholders
  • Translate business priorities into execution plans
  • Lead governance reviews and performance reporting
  • Build long-term trusted partnerships

Vendor Management

  • Manage vendor ecosystem and partnerships
