This role is all about being the first impression and the heartbeat of the floor. You'll greet guests with genuine warmth, seat tables, and entice walk-ups to join the party—creating that "wow" moment the second someone walks through the door. You're the face of The Clevelander. You set the energy, answer questions confidently while showcasing our offerings and menu in a fun and engaging way, engage with the crowd, and make sure everyone feels the Miami magic. Speed, organization, personality, and authentic hospitality are everything. You're the MVP who starts every guest's journey on the right note.
