Job description

Perform detailed time studies to optimize workflows and successfully minimize over-cycle time at multiple stations. Design operator workflows using MODAPTS analysis to balance motion, time and efficiency with cycle time goals. Analyze engine and head assembly operations as well as machining downtime to pinpoint bottlenecks and drive.

Create operator instruction documents for updated and new engine models, emphasizing safety and ergonomics. Prepare workstation readiness sheets for new engine launches, addressing safety, ergonomics, tooling, equipment, and material requirements. Primary worksite is Troy MI but relocation possible.

Apply
