Join Our Team as Manager on Duty (Overnight) The Grandview Resort

Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same? Are you a natural problem-solver who knows how to lead a team and keep guests smiling? Vacatia is looking for a Manager on Duty (MOD) to be the on-site leader who keeps our resort running smoothly and our guests coming back.

What Youll Do

As our MOD, youll be the go-to person for both guests and team members during your shift. Youll oversee Front Desk and resort operations, keep everything moving behind the scenes, and step in to resolve issues before they become problems. From welcoming VIP guests to coordinating with other departments, youll ensure every detail of the guest experience is handled with care.


Your Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for guest concerns, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
  • Oversee VIP check-ins and prepare welcome packages.
  • Keep communication flowing between departments for seamless operations.
  • Ensure front desk equipment and supplies are always ready.
  • Enforce safety and security procedures while keeping guests comfortable.

What Were Looking For

  • 3+ years in front office resort operations (timeshare experience a plus).
  • Confident, positive leader who can handle high-pressure situations with grace.
  • Excellent communication skills and a guest-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (Cloudbeds or Whistle a plus).
  • Flexible availability evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts are part of the adventure.
