Compensation: $19.17/hour when combining hourly wage of $15.45 and average tips of $3.72/hour earned at this location!

Summary

As a part of our Restaurant Squad, Crew Members aim to consistently deliver great customer service and the MOD Pizza experience. Youโ€™re going to make pizzas that are every bit as beautiful and fun as you are and get to do so in a cool environment with authentic vibes.

You will make pizzas for the pineapple adventurers, the plant-based pioneers, and the pepperoni perfectionists. Youโ€™ll make them for the late-night explorers, the cheese lovers and olive dodgers. Together weโ€™re creating an experience dedicated to making sure everyone belongs.

  • Make customers pizzas, salads and more
  • Package customer orders with urgency
  • Follow all food safety and food quality standards
  • Keep the restaurant clean and ready to deliver the best customer service
  • Demonstrate the fundamentals of hospitality (friendly, accurate and fast) on every shift
  • Have fun and work together with your Squad Crew to create an authentic customer experience vibe

  • Demonstrate a passion for people, enjoy connecting with fellow Squad crew members and customers
  • Ability to follow processes and instructions in a consistent manner
