Job description

HHA/CNA

Thrive USA Home Care is seeking qualified caregivers to provide in-home support across Maryland, DC, and Florida. Caregivers will assist clients with daily living activities while maintaining professional standards and person-centered care practices.


Compensation and Benefits:

Position Responsibilities:

Provide person-centered care as outlined in individual service plans, including but not limited to assistance with mobility and transfers, bathing, dressing and grooming, and meal preparation

Work independently in clients' homes following established care protocols

Document care activities in the patient care portal

Maintain reliable weekly availability and willingness to travel throughout service areas


Required Qualifications:

Valid HHA or CNA certification, or willingness to complete HHA certification course

Current CPR and First Aid certification

Passing background check

TB/PPD test required prior to employment

Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current vehicle insurance

High school diploma or GED

Legal authorization to work in the United States

Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting, assisting with mobility, and walking for extended periods

Ability to document care and communicate via phone and electronic systems
