Whether you're supporting customers, developing solutions, managing projects, delivering services, or driving innovation, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact for leading organizations across retail, transportation & logistics, manufacturing, and healthcare.

About the Role

DecisionPoint Technologies is seeking a Mobility Depot Technician to join our logistics team. In this hands-on role, you will help ensure mobility devices are accurately configured, staged, packaged, tracked, and deployed according to client requirements and service level agreements (SLAs).

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse or depot environment. You will work closely with depot staff, logistics teams, technical teams, procurement, and client engagement to support efficient device fulfillment and deployment.

What You'll Do

  • Stage and kit mobility devices according to client specifications.
  • Configure, prepare, package, and ship devices in accordance with company and client requirements.
  • Process daily tickets, requests, and fulfillment assignments.
  • Complete assigned work accurately and on schedule to meet established SLAs.
  • Support client onboarding, deployment projects, and other depot initiatives as assigned.
  • Track and update mobility device inventory in the appropriate management systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of asset movement, device status, and deployment history.
  • Participate in inventory counts and help research and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure devices and related equipment are properly accounted for throughout the fulfillment process.
  • Inspect devices and completed kits to ensure they meet client specifications and internal quality standards.
  • Identify and report defective equipment, fulfillment errors, or process issues.
  • Follow documented procedures, security requirements, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely fulfillment and inventory documentation.
  • Work closely with logistics, procurement, technical, and client engagement teams.
  • Communicate issues that could affect fulfillment schedules, quality, or SLAs.
  • Contribute ideas that improve depot processes, efficiency, accuracy, and customer service.

  • Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to follow established processes, procedures, and security protocols.
  • Comfortable using computers and performing repetitive data-entry or keyboarding tasks.
