Responsibilities:
Technical leadership for DAS Camera platform engineering activities. Support DAS Camera product roadmap development and execution discussions products to meet TRW portfolio roadmap and current/potential customer needs. Ensure core Camera development meets expectations of all application Camera teams and end-customers. Facilitate the teams by developing engineering leaders and technical experts which support the global cooperation.

Lead product line business acquisition activities from technical perspective, including quotation technical presentation materials. Develop key relationships with internal and customer engineering leaders. One of the main technical contact(s) for all internal/external customers for new technology innovation and partnership developments.

Support Core Chief engineer with Lead interface responsibility to key technology partner (Mobileye) to align roadmaps, develop functionality that can meet global regulation needs and ensure performance/safety goals are met. Work with AME to align design roadmap to manufacturing roadmap(s). Champion Commodity strategies that will help drive lower material costs, VAVE pipeline and dual-sourcing across all application programs.

Drive Functional engineering group (H/W) activities and lead/influence other functional engineering group (S/W, Performance, Optics/Mechanical, Requirements, Sys Validation) to achieve max re-use.

-Measure performance (deliver performance, quality, re-use, SPICE conformance). -Implement industry-standard improvement activities (SPICE, AUTOSAR, Auto-coding, Rhapsody- based design modeling, etc.)
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
Requirements:

Degree in electrical and/or software engineering
Have worked in an engineering organization, in systems, software or electronics engineering
Experience writing and developing ECU specifications
Experience in requirements management
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Good understanding of the 'V' cycle
Management or Supervisory Experience
Bachelor''s degree is Electrical Engineering or Software Engineering
Visa Requirements: U.S. Citizens / Green Card HolderĀ
