General Information This is responsible administrative and professional work involving the design, improvement, and optimization of the organization's service delivery as part of performance and improvement programs for the employing jurisdiction. Jurisdiction Yearly Salary City of Mobile $60,164 - $75,137 Requirements Minimum Qualification Requirements Attainment of a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in design, business, public administration, engineering or related field and a minimum of three years of responsible experience in process improvement methodologies such as design thinking and human-centered design or related area; or a combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements. Special Requirements Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence.
