Mantro Mobile Imaging is seeking a Lead Mobile X-Ray Technologist – Operations Manager to help lead our growing mobile imaging operations throughout Nevada while supporting our Southern California team.


This is a hands-on leadership role that combines clinical excellence with operational management. You'll work directly with executive leadership to support field technologists, improve daily operations, maintain exceptional patient care, and help grow one of the region's leading mobile imaging providers.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and support daily mobile X-ray operations throughout Nevada
  • Coordinate field staffing, scheduling, and daily coverage
  • Supervise, coach, mentor, and support X-ray technologists
  • Perform mobile X-ray examinations in Nevada as needed to maintain patient care and service coverage
  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new technologists
  • Monitor image quality, documentation, radiation safety, and clinical standards
  • Help resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency
  • Oversee company vehicles, portable X-ray equipment, inventory, and supplies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities and referral partners
  • Travel periodically to Southern California to support staff, operations, equipment oversight, and facility relationships
  • Partner directly with executive leadership to improve operations and support company growth


Required Qualifications

  • Active Nevada X-ray license (Nevada Limited License or ARRT Registered Technologists encouraged to apply)
  • Strong positioning, patient care, and image-quality skills
  • Current driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Previous leadership, supervisory, lead technologist, or training experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a growing field team
  • Willingness to travel periodically to Southern California


Preferred Experience

  • Mobile X-ray or long-term care imaging
  • Supervising or mentoring technologists
  • Scheduling or field operations
  • Digital radiography and PACS
  • Fleet, equipment, or inventory management
  • California X-ray licensure (not required)
