Radiologic Technologist (Mobile X-Ray & EKG)

Location: Illinois and Missouri
Hourly Rate: $35.00 - $42.00
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
Relocation: Possible, to be discussed during interview
Licensure Reimbursement: After 90 days of employment

Position Summary

As a Radiologic Technologist, you will provide mobile X-ray and EKG services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other locations. You’ll play a vital role in delivering timely and accurate diagnostic imaging to patients who may not have easy access to traditional imaging centers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform and process X-rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment.
  • Transmit images to Radiologists for interpretation.
  • Transport and set up portable imaging equipment at various facilities.
  • Perform EKGs and transmit results to Cardiologists (if applicable).
  • Scan and submit exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily.
  • Communicate professionally with peers, management, dispatch, and clients.
  • Maintain compliance with all job-related protocols and documentation.

Requirements

  • Certification: ARRT Certification required.
  • Licensure: Must hold or be eligible for state licensure in Illinois or Missouri. (Assistance available for Illinois licensure; limited license not accepted.)
  • Driver’s License: Valid and in good standing.
  • Vaccination: COVID-19 vaccination required (or valid exemption documentation).
  • Physical Demands: Ability to push/pull 50–100 lbs. multiple times daily using ramps and pulleys.
