Job Title: Senior Flutter Developers
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Contract – 2 to 3 Months

Job Description

Tri-Force Consulting Services is looking for Senior Flutter Developers to join a project team building a modern cross-platform mobile application for a large public-sector initiative.
The developer will be responsible for building production-quality iOS and Android applications using Flutter and Dart, integrating REST APIs, implementing accessible user interfaces, and supporting application testing and deployment.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

Build and optimize applications for both iOS and Android.

Integrate RESTful APIs and JSON-based backend services.

Implement authentication, authorization and secure session management.

Build reusable UI components and maintainable Flutter architecture.

Implement application navigation, state management and offline/network error handling.

Implement push notifications using Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification Service.

Implement multilingual/localized interfaces, including RTL support where required.

Develop accessible mobile interfaces following WCAG 2.1 AA principles.

Perform unit, integration and UI testing.

Troubleshoot mobile performance and device-specific issues.

Support App Store and Google Play deployment.

Participate in code reviews and Agile development activities.

Required Skills

5+ years of professional mobile application development experience.

Strong Flutter / Dart experience.

Strong iOS and Android development experience.

REST API integration.

JSON and HTTP/HTTPS.

Mobile authentication and secure storage.

State management in Flutter.

Git/GitHub/Azure DevOps or equivalent.

Mobile application testing.

Experience publishing applications to Apple App Store and Google Play.

Strong understanding of responsive and accessible UI development.
