Responsibilities Create awesome customer experiences with a friendly, service-first approach Talk tech, explain plans, and recommend solutions that fit customers' needs Help bring in new customers and build relationships with returning ones Stay up to date on phones, pricing, and promotions (upsell when appropriate) Answer store phone calls and customer questions Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals Participate in local marketing and special events Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for business Use sales systems and follow company policies Collaborate with teammates and managers Take on additional tasks or projects as needed Qualifications and Requirements Strong communication skills (written and verbal) A positive, professional, can-do attitude Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and stay organized Previous experience in wireless or retail sales is a plus, not required Must be 18 years or older 6+ months of customer service and/or retail sales experience Basic experience using computers and mobile phones Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information Legally authorized to work in the United States High school diploma or GED Spanish bilingual skills preferred in some locations Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods on the sales floor Ability to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds Frequent standing, walking, talking, hearing, and use of hands/fingers Occasional reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching Ability to perform repetitive motions including overhead reaching and typing Compensation and Benefits compensation: $12.50 - $13.00 per hour depending on experience Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance programs for Full-Time employees Employee Discounts: Phone devices and accessories About Our Company 2020 Mobile Corp is one of the largest Platinum Branded Partners for Boost Mobile, with over 200 locations nationwide.
