Job description

Rock Pointe Village is seeking a professional, highly motivated, passionate, “people person” to act as a Full-Time Leasing Professional by joining our team and making a strong impact on the success of our Rockpointe Village 279-unit brand new townhome community located in Lannon, WI.

The Leasing Professional has the responsibility, under the supervision of the Property Manager, for touring apartments and the apartment community to prospective residents and securing commitments and deposits. The perfect candidate will be a self-starter who will also be responsible for providing customer service support to residents of the property, including answering telephones, greeting residents, performing move-in procedures, processing rental applications and maintenance service requests, along with any other duties as assigned. The ability to work well independently and in a team environment, along with a positive attitude and willingness to help is a must.

This is a Full-Time position. Five-day work week with weekends required, but no more than 40 hours a week. This position is hourly, with an aggressive commission structure.

Qualifications:

  • Love working with people.
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Basic Math Skills.
  • Schedule flexibility with market demands
  • Physically able to be mobile throughout the property
  • Willingness to work offsite for any marketing events, or promotional events as a representative for Mammoth Springs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Market apartments by phone and in person; tour apartments and the apartment community to prospective residents, explain apartment features/benefits, overcome objections, secure commitments from prospective residents, and follow up on undecided prospects along with accurately processing rental applications in a timely manner.
  • Lease administration under the supervision of the Property Manager.
  • Ensure accuracy of data input into software
  • Review advertising of rentals for accuracy and make recommendations as needed.
  • Inspect the community while on-site, noting any deficiencies.
  • Accept maintenance requests as professionally, efficiently, and effectively as possible.
  • Assist in performing move-in and move-out administration with particular attention to detail.
  • Represent Rock Pointe Village in a professional manner. Maintain a positive, businesslike attitude in person and on the telephone; present a neat, clean, professional attire and grooming appropriate for greeting the public, vendors, and residents.
  • Adhere to Fair Housing Policy.
  • Effectively provide excellent resident services through day-to-day interaction and correspondence with residents.
  • Reply to email inquiries professionally and with clear-written communication.
  • Assist with other assigned projects as needed.
