Job description

Job Posting The Rogers Police Department is hiring full-time police officers to join one of Minnesota's fastest-growing cities. We welcome experienced officers and offer lateral opportunities, competitive pay, and a strong wellness and benefits package. A new Civic Campus will open in 2027-2028.

Police Officer Union Wages (includes top-end longevity): 2026: $40.09 - $56.38/hour ($83,387 - $117,270) Officers have access to various specialty roles, including Investigations, School Resource Officer, K9, STRIKE Team, SWAT, Bike Unit, Drone Team, Field Training Officer, Mobile Field Force and Use of Force/Firearms instructor positions. Our city leaders and community members strongly support our law enforcement professionals, and together, we stay actively involved in programs to bolster community trust.
