ABSS Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Traffic Image Review Specialist to support our client in delivering automated traffic safety programs that help improve roadway safety across the country.

Job Description: 

As a Traffic Image Review Specialist, you'll review digital images, video, and supporting information captured by automated traffic enforcement systems to determine whether each record meets established processing requirements for red light and speed camera violations. Your work helps ensure accuracy, consistency, and fairness before records move forward in the citation process.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Review traffic enforcement images and video captured by automated camera systems.
  • Verify vehicle information and confirm that records meet established processing criteria.
  • Apply client-specific procedures and program requirements consistently.
  • Identify unclear or incomplete records and escalate them for additional review when appropriate.
  • Enter and verify data accurately using computer-based applications.
  • Process electronic records and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy while meeting daily production expectations.
  • Follow established quality standards, operating procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Report system issues or image quality concerns to your supervisor.
  • Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives.

Skills & Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Basic computer skills, including keyboarding and navigating multiple applications.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent reliability and attendance.
  • Ability to successfully complete paid training.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with data entry, document processing, quality assurance, records management, administrative support, or production operations.
  • Experience working in a role requiring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with traffic enforcement, public safety, or government programs is helpful but not required.
