Nature of Work:
The Control Room Crew will provide live sports TV and video production support on all Denver Summit FC home match days. They will be responsible for the timeliness of the show, and work in step with the Producer to ensure a seamless show each match day. Each control room crew member will run a specific position as a part-time employee, as assigned by the Director of Match Presentation.
We are hiring for the following Control Room Crew positions (see below for full position responsibilities and qualifications for each position):

Director - Lead decision-maker in the venue control room during Denver Summit FC home matches at Centennial Stadium. Responsible for calling all camera cuts, driving show flow, and coordinating the full production crew in real time, this role requires sharp instincts, poise under pressure, and a deep familiarity with live sports entertainment pacing.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Call live camera cuts and direct all on-air and in-venue show elements from kickoff to final whistle
    • Collaborate with producer to plan and execute show and segment content
    • Lead pre-match production meetings and walk the crew through the rundown
    • Communicate in real time with the TD, replay, audio, graphics, show control, and camera operators
    • Maintain show timing and adapt fluidly to game action and unplanned moments
    • Partner with the Game Presentation team on rundown structure and segment timing

This is a precision execution role that demands quick hands, sharp focus, and a deep familiarity with live switcher operation in a fast-paced sports entertainment environment.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Operate the video production switcher live during match broadcasts and in-venue show

In addition to live replay duties, this operator also assembles halftime, full time, and Player of the Match highlight packages during the match for in-venue playback.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Monitor and capture live footage from all assigned camera feeds in real time
    • Identify and queue key moments (goals, saves, fouls, near misses) for immediate replay
    • Deliver replay clips to the video board on Director's cue with speed and precision
