Be the Technician Everyone Trusts – On the Road and Under the Hood

We are hiring an experienced, well-rounded Mobile Service Technician to join our elite team. If you're the type of tech who can handle everything from advanced diagnostics to full-system repairs — whether it's a gas or diesel engine, brakes, HVAC, suspension, or electrical issues — this is the role for you.

As a Mobile Service Technician, you'll be the face of our dealership at customer locations, equipped with a fully stocked service van and the backing of a top-tier service team. You'll tackle everything from warranty work and recalls to complex drivability concerns and diagnostic challenges — all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities: 

  • Travel in a company-provided Mobile Service van to customer sites

  • Perform full-spectrum mechanical work: engine diagnostics, brakes, suspension, HVAC, electrical, etc.

  • Diagnose and repair gas and diesel trucks, cars, and light-duty commercial vehicles

  • Handle scheduled maintenance, manufacturer recalls, and customer concerns on-site

  • Communicate clearly with Service Advisors and Parts Department to keep jobs moving

  • Document repairs accurately and keep customers informed throughout the process

  • Stay current with Ford training, tools, and technical bulletins

  • Maintain your Mobile Service vehicle and ensure it reflects our professional standards

Qualifications:

  • A true “jack-of-all-trades” technician — diagnostic, electrical, engine, drivability, HVAC, brakes, and more

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in a dealership or independent shop

  • Experience working with Ford vehicles is a major plus 

  • Valid driver’s license with clean record

  • ASE certifications preferred; Ford STST certifications ideal

  • Strong communicator and self-starter — able to work independently without oversight

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using diagnostic software, tablets, and digital repair orders

  • Able to work outdoors and handle variable weather conditions as needed
