Job description

We're seeking a skilled and customer-focused Mobile Service Technician / Mobile Service Mechanic to join our growing team.

As a Mobile Service Technician / Mobile Service Mechanic, you will perform routine maintenance and light repair work at customer homes, businesses, and fleet locations using a fully equipped mobile service vehicle. This position is ideal for an experienced automotive technician who enjoys working independently while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Travel to customer locations to perform mobile automotive service and maintenance
  • Complete oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, recalls, inspections, filters, wiper blades, software updates, and other light repairs
  • Diagnose basic mechanical and electrical concerns
  • Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
  • Operate and maintain a company-provided mobile service vehicle
  • Follow manufacturer, dealership, and safety procedures
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience at every service appointment
Qualifications
  • Automotive technician experience required
  • ASE certifications preferred but not required
  • Experience performing maintenance and light repair services
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Selfโ€‘motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
