Purpose

Deliver exceptional residential pool service by maintaining clean, safe, and properly balanced swimming pools while providing outstanding customer service, identifying equipment concerns, and representing the company professionally during every customer interaction.

Key Contributions

  • Perform scheduled pool maintenance, cleaning, water testing, and chemical balancing to company quality standards.
  • Inspect pools and equipment during every service visit, identifying maintenance concerns and communicating recommendations to customers and leadership.
  • Safely operate and maintain company vehicles, equipment, tools, and chemical inventory to maximize route efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Complete all service documentation accurately using company mobile applications while maintaining proactive communication with customers and internal teams.
  • Build customer trust through professional service, reliability, and consistent execution that supports customer retention and recurring revenue growth.

Success Metrics

  • Complete =98% of assigned service routes on schedule each week while meeting established productivity expectations.
  • Maintain =95% first-time service quality score, minimizing customer callbacks and re-service visits.
