Job Title: Sales Specialist - HVAC Technician
Pay: Competitive hourly pay, performance-based pay, and SPIFs, with total earnings potential ranging from $75,000 and $100,000/year
Schedule: Work full-time, Monday through Friday, with some on-call emergency service as needed.

THE ROLE:
As a Sales Specialist - HVAC Technician, you will use an iPad and FieldPulse to manage your day and jobs. You'll visit homeowners for scheduled appointments, talk through their comfort needs, offer HVAC options, check systems, explain features and savings, and present financing choices. Some days include responding to emergency calls. You'll work on a team that puts customers first.
