The Role:
  • Manage a dedicated caseload of patients in their preferred environment.
  • Expertly manage pain and symptoms using advanced palliative protocols.
  • Educate families on the disease process and the dying process with honesty and grace.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (MD, LSW, Chaplain) to provide holistic care.
