Greenway Dodge, a prominent automotive dealership and service center, is actively seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Service Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Mobile Service Technician at Greenway Dodge, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers by performing maintenance and repairs on their vehicles at their location.

Responsibilities:

  • On-Site Service: Travel to customers' locations to perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on vehicles. Utilize mobile service equipment and tools to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
  • Diagnostic and Repair Skills: Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in accordance with Ford specifications and guidelines. Perform routine maintenance tasks and inspections.
  • Guest Interaction: Interact with guest in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their concerns and providing clear explanations of service performed.
  • Documentation: Accurately document all services performed, including parts used and time spent on each job. Maintain detailed records of vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and complies with manufacturer and dealership guidelines. Conduct post-service inspections to verify the effectiveness of repairs.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience as a Mobile Service Technician or a similar role. Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing automotive issues
