• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patient needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based, solution-focused therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances.
• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation and progress notes to meet legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including physicians, nurses, and addiction specialists, to coordinate patient care.
• Provide education, resources, and emotional support to patients and their families, facilitating understanding of treatment processes.
• Stay updated on the latest mental health research, evidence-based practices, and developments in psychotherapy to inform treatment approaches.

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals undergoing detoxification and treatment for substance use disorders. The diverse patient population may include adults from all walks of life, presenting with a range of psychiatric conditions and psychosocial challenges. Your main objective will be to facilitate their recovery journey by employing therapeutic techniques that promote self-efficacy and resilience.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A current and valid LCSW license in the state of Florida.
• Strong knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy and the ability to apply these techniques effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a commitment to patient advocacy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.

• Experience in detoxification or substance use treatment settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems (EHR) and clinical documentation processes.
• Previous involvement in multidisciplinary teams and a commitment to collaborative care.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
