This 12-month temporary contract role supports commercial construction operations, with a strong focus on scheduling, team coordination, and clear communication. This is a project-specific role requiring candidates to work onsite on a rotational schedule. Projects are located throughout Central Canada, with all required travel covered by the company.A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS SUPERVISORAs a Commercial Operations Supervisor, you coordinate schedules, resources, and work plans across multiple projects, supporting Commercial Superintendents who oversee subcontractors and field execution. Each day, you help keep teams organized, troubleshoot issues, track progress, and ensure work is moving safely and efficiently. You work closely with leadership to strengthen communication, solve problems, and support day-to-day operations in remote and challenging environments.
