Position Overview

Precision Tune Auto Care is seeking a motivated Assistant Service Manager / Shop Foreman to help lead daily shop operations, support technicians, and deliver a hospitality-driven customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who understands shop flow, technician productivity, and clear customer communication.


What You’ll Do

• Support the Store Manager with daily operations, customer service, and sales
• Help direct shop flow, technician productivity, and vehicle movement
• Use MotoVisuals to create clear, professional customer-facing videos explaining vehicle issues and safety concerns
• Assist with training and coaching technicians on workflow and inspection processes
• Maintain shop productivity, workflow efficiency, and safety standards
• Handle POS transactions, inventory control, and vendor coordination
• Act as the primary supervisor in the absence of management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hospitality-first shop environment


What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year of automotive service or shop leadership experience
• Foreman, lead technician, or assistant manager experience preferred
• Strong leadership, organization, and customer communication skills
• Comfortable using MotoVisuals, a smartphone, and a computer
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
