Job description

Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare service to the Tennessee Department of Correction.
We are currently seeking a per diem Phlebotomist to join our team at the Bledsoe County Correctional Complex located in Pikeville, Tennessee.
The Phlebotomist is responsible for drawing blood, checking vital signs, finger stick blood sugars, and assisting with activities of daily living for patients in a correctional healthcare environment.
Pay is $22 per hour.
โ€ข High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Current Phlebotomist certification with verifiable formal training and on-the-job experience as a Phlebotomist required
โ€ข Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification/license preferred
โ€ข Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
โ€ข Corrections experience preferred
โ€ข Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
