Mini Crane Technical Trainer โ€“ Phoenix, AZ
Smiley Lifting Solutions

Smiley Lifting Solutions โ€” North Americaโ€™s leading importer, distributor, and manufacturer of hydraulic SPYDERCRANE mini crawler cranes โ€” is looking for a hands-on Mini Crane Technical Trainer to join our team in Phoenix, AZ.

Weโ€™re willing to train the right person. If you bring the right attitude, mechanical aptitude, and interest in training, weโ€™ll provide full training on our equipment and curriculum. Once youโ€™re up to speed, youโ€™ll travel nationwide to customer sites to deliver training and ensure operators are confident and safe. Overnight weekday travel is required, but weekends are home.


What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Train customers and internal staff on equipment operation
  • Conduct operator qualification assessments
  • Support customers with basic troubleshooting
  • Represent Smiley Lifting Solutions professionally in the field


What Weโ€™re Looking For

Preferred Backgrounds:

  • Crane or equipment training experience
  • Familiarity with mini cranes or rental equipment
