Job description

Job Title:- SAP APO
Location:- Beaverton, OR,(Onsite)
Duration;- 8+ months
Job Requirement:
  • Post this as a Qualification:
  • 8+ years of SAP SD experience
  • Experienced in Release Management, writing technical requirement specification documents to provide to UI App developers and SAP backend team
  • Experience in managing different technologies like SAP, ServiceNow, and other Mobile technologies

  • This role is expected to manage the enhancement/project requests. Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand the requirements, translate the business requirements to functional specifications, coordinate with developers to complete the development, coordinate with business users to complete UAT & manage production deployment.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support the business goals and requirements in collaboration with colleagues, senior management, and stakeholders from the Customer Services team. • Facilitate Gap analysis and Business process mapping "As Is" vs. "To Be" workshops with IT and Business Partners. • Help visualize the big picture of End to end-to-end service set up to provide technical design for a project that requires strong technical knowledge of ERP SAP CS / SD module & field services mobile solutions and other web-based solutions. • Proactively manage changes in project scope to maximize success and minimize risk to stakeholders and the company • Meet with stakeholders to take detailed objectives and clarify specific requirements for the agreed scope of the project(s). • Develop complete project plans and associated communications documents. • Apply Siemens Healthineers project process and management principles at all aspects of project scope and deliverables. • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. • Report and escalate to IT management as needed. • Perform risk management to minimize project risks. • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths. • Track project milestones and deliverables. • Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle. • Conduct project postmortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify Successful and unsuccessful project elements.

  • SAP CS module experience is a plus
  • Must be willing to return to office in Cary, NC
