We're looking for an experienced, reliable, and compassionate Part-Time Mobile Dog & Cat Groomer to join our growing mobile grooming business serving Scottsdale and Fountain Hills. If you take pride in your work, enjoy building relationships with clients, and love making pets look and feel their best, we'd love to hear from you.

Position Summary

As a Mobile Groomer, you'll drive our fully equipped grooming van to scheduled appointments throughout the day, providing exceptional grooming services for dogs and cats in a safe, clean, and professional environment. You'll work independently while delivering outstanding customer service and creating a positive experience for both pets and their owners.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of professional dog and cat grooming experience
  • Minimum 2 years of mobile grooming experience
  • Experience using MoeGo scheduling and client management software
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Comfortable driving a grooming van throughout Scottsdale and Fountain Hills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to groom efficiently without sacrificing quality
  • Comfortable working in the smaller, fast-paced environment of a mobile grooming van
  • Ability to safely handle pets of various breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments
Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality grooming services for dogs and cats
  • Travel safely between scheduled appointments throughout Scottsdale and Fountain Hills
  • Provide a calm, loving, and low-stress grooming experience for every pet
  • Build positive relationships with pet parents by answering questions and providing helpful grooming recommendations
  • Take clear before and after photos of each groom
  • Maintain accurate appointment information using MoeGo
  • Keep the grooming van clean, sanitized, organized, and well-stocked throughout the day
  • Treat every client, pet, and team member with professionalism and respect
  • Manage your schedule efficiently and arrive at appointments on time
  • Represent the company with a positive, friendly, and professional attitude
