What You'll Do


Installation & Technical

  • Safely and efficiently install, assemble, adjust, and test Acorn stairlift systems in customers’ homes according to company standards.
  • Identify and communicate site conditions or installation challenges to the Operations Team and ensure systems are fully operational before leaving.

Customer Service & Documentation

  • Demonstrate stairlift operation to customers, answer questions, and provide a professional experience while representing Acorn Stairlifts with integrity and respect.
  • Accurately complete installation documentation using company-provided mobile devices.

Safety & Organization

  • Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Maintain an organized company vehicle and properly manage inventory, tools, and installation materials.

What We're Looking For

· Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to assemble and install equipment.

· Experience in construction, carpentry, remodeling, automotive, HVAC, appliance installation, maintenance, or related trades preferred.

· Comfortable using hand and power tools with a strong commitment to quality workmanship.
