Position Summary
AB Facility Services is seeking a Mobile HVAC Maintenance Technician to service and maintain commercial facilities throughout the assigned territory. Responsibilities include HVAC troubleshooting and repairs, preventive maintenance, basic electrical and plumbing work, and responding to service requests at multiple client locations. The ideal candidate has strong commercial HVAC experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while delivering outstanding customer service. A company vehicle is provided for travel between sites.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Perform HVAC maintenance and repairs
โ€ข Complete preventative maintenance and work orders
โ€ข Troubleshoot basic plumbing, electrical, and building maintenance issues
โ€ข Travel between commercial client locations
โ€ข Maintain accurate service records
Requirements:
โ€ข 3+ years of commercial maintenance experience
โ€ข Strong HVAC troubleshooting experience
โ€ข HVAC Certification required (EPA preferred)
โ€ข Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
โ€ข Experience working from a service vehicle preferred
โ€ข Clean driving record and valid driver's license
