Job description

Rowland Heights Mobile Estates is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Mobile Home Space Inspection Coordinator to oversee the inspection and quality assurance processes for mobile home spaces. In this role, you will coordinate inspections, documentation, and compliance within our mobile home community and maintain accurate records to support the development and management of the mobile home community. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working both in the field and in the office while helping maintain the quality and standards of our community.
Schedule
Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
1-hour lunch break
Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections of mobile home spaces to ensure compliance with community rules and safety standards
Document inspection findings with notes and photos
Coordinate follow-up notices and compliance deadlines
Maintain inspection records and reports
Communicate with residents regarding inspection requirements and corrections
Work closely with park management and maintenance staff
Update inspection information and documentation in company systems
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail
Professional communication skills
Comfortable walking the property and performing outdoor inspections
Basic computer skills
Ability to document and organize reports accurately
Property management or inspection experience preferred but not required
