  • Familiarity with defect tracking systems such as JIRA, Selenium, or Jama (TestRail is not required)
  • Automotive industry experience is needed
  • Experience working with device bridge platforms and Office 365
  • Strong attention to detail (OCD-level precision preferred)
  • Experience with STC systems, infusion pumps, or similar medical products
  • Ability to visually inspect and understand the product function and usability
  • This role is fully onsite in Deerfield, IL

Test Execution
  • Execute test scripts, protocols, and procedures created by Test Engineers to validate client medical products.
  • Perform testing on both physical hardware devices and digital software solutions, including mobile apps, embedded systems, and cloud-connected products.
  • Operate in simulation environments to replicate real-world usage scenarios, including high-volume usage, network variability, and security conditions.

  • Perform basic configuration of test systems, including software installations, network connections, and hardware setup.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  • Participate in daily test team activities, stand-ups, and defect review meetings.
  • Support investigations of test failures by capturing detailed logs, screenshots, or device traces.
  • Follow the client’s Quality Management System (QMS) processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
