Neon is a global payments and e-commerce platform designed to help game publishers earn more money and independence from app stores. We believe commerce should be open and transparent: clear decisions, actionable insights, and aligned incentives. Founded by payments, fintech and gaming veterans, Neon focuses on product and partnership excellence: we share the playbook, co-pilot decisions, and abstract away risk and complexity for our customers. We're replacing old-school, black-box relics with clear, modern, and developer-centric infrastructure.

  • Lead Management & Sales Alignment: Own day-to-day operations in our marketing automation and CRM stack - lead scoring, segmentation, routing, and data hygiene - and maintain a tight feedback loop with BD on lead quality and handoffs.
  • Content-Driven Lead Generation: Partner with the team to turn Neon's existing assets (case studies, best-practice guides, benchmark data) into gated content and outbound campaigns that generate qualified interest.
  • Event Support: Coordinate logistics remotely for 2-4 annual industry events and executive dinners around major conferences - venue booking, invite list management against target accounts, RSVP tracking, and post-event follow-up sequences that convert conversations into pipeline.

What You'll Bring (Requirements)
  • 1-3 years' experience in demand generation, growth marketing, and/or B2B marketing, ideally at a B2B SaaS or fintech company.
  • Data-driven approach. You're comfortable looking at funnels, conversion rates, and campaign performance to understand what's working and what isn't. You enjoy digging into spreadsheets and dashboards, and you use data to guide your decisions.
  • Strong communicator. You can write clear, compelling emails, ad copy, and campaign messaging that resonates with technical audiences without relying on buzzwords or generic marketing language.

Bonus Points
  • Genuine enthusiasm for or experience with mobile gaming - you play mobile games, understand why studios care about DTC, or have worked at a company selling to game studios.
  • Experience supporting or coordinating B2B events or executive dinners.
  • Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment.
