MobilityWare is looking for aย Lead Growth Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team!

Responsibilities:

  • Own your titles!
  • Conduit between UA, Admon & Product teams that drives effective collaboration around major game updates, audience and creative insights, and overall game health
  • Monitoring Title performance weekly
  • Manage strategic initiatives for creative marketing, user acquisition, cross promotion, app store optimization, and experimental marketing
  • Manage research, development, testing, and analysis of UA and ASO creatives
  • Lead creative brainstorming, and refine a systematic approach to the development of new creative ideas
  • Work with ASO manager to create a roadmap that incorporates learnings from performance creatives
  • Take a metrics-driven approach to creative iteration and localization
  • Collaborate with other teams (e.g. UA, Product, Analytics) to bolster the capabilities of our marketing processes and platforms, and define new product positioning and maximize competitive potential at launch
  • Monitor and analyze creative and campaign data to uncover strategic insights, connections, and drive creative iteration
  • Conduct audience and competitor research to define product positioning and test new creative strategies, and constantly be a source of knowledge in regards to competitor trends and industry marketing methodology
  • Work with Associate Director of Creative Marketing to evaluate and propose new strategic partnerships for the studio

Qualifications for Position:

  • The right candidate brings demonstrated experience in go-to-market planning and execution, exceptional project management and organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work on tight deadlines, while sometimes dealing with ambiguity
  • 5+ years of experience developing marketing strategy and working within a marketing organization
  • 3+ years of experience in apps or entertainment industry marketing, ideally in the mobile gaming space with proven success developing and optimizing marketing creatives
  • Demonstrated success in product positioning, creative and media strategies, analysis and trends, and a broad understanding of related marketing fields
  • Experience leading high scale apps/products including asset development, messaging, and marketing strategy
  • Proven understanding of research and testing methodologies
  • Experience with ASO is ideal for this role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including strength in using Excel and rockstar at using Powerpoint
  • Experience working with agencies and designers
  • Ability to influence, inspire, and motivate people within the team as well as across the org
  • Good creative and aesthetic judgment
  • In-depth knowledge of the games and entertainment industries as an active mobile gamer with the ability to deconstruct the competition
  • User Acquisition Experience welcome, but not required

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing compensation for this role.ย  The range listed is just one component of MobilityWare' s total compensation package for employees, which may include short- and long-term incentives and program-specific awards. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, certifications, location, business needs, or market demands. This range is based on a full-time position. This range may be modified in the future. The annual base salary pay range for this role is $145,000-$190,000.
