Job description

What You'll Do
  • Own the QA process across multiple projects and run comprehensive QA testing for new promotions, marketing automations, and feature releases across the iLottery platform, mobile app, and website.
  • Compose, build and finalize test plans, test cases, and regression testing procedures to validate technical functionality, platform improvements, and player-facing features.
  • Ensure that new promotions, player journeys, and segmentation logic function as encouraged from both a technical and customer-facing perspective.
  • Log, track, and analyze defects in collaboration with internal teams and vendor partners; clearly document issues for effective resolution.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing leads to ensure business and technical requirements offer clarity across business units and translate into effective QA plans. Maintain documentation to improve awareness within the team, project efficiency and facilitate effective exchange of information.
  • Participate in sprint planning, requirement reviews, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for ongoing platform development and marketing initiatives. Provide input on release readiness and support crucial changes prior to releases and campaign launches.
  • Perform cross-platform testing using manual and automated methods. Use external testing providers like Applause for scalability and real-user validation. Own measurement set up and validate tagging and analytics events related to promotions, campaigns and new platform features.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Marketing Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A comparable amount of training and related experience may be substituted.
  • Proven experience in digital QA, technical testing, or QA Specialist roles supporting websites, apps, or marketing technologies. Use of QA tools & platforms (Jira, BrowserStack, etc).
  • Solid understanding and shown success of QA approaches, project phases, and testing processes, across web and mobile platforms in agile environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and risk mitigation.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, customer journeys, segmentation logic, and workflows connected through software interfaces.
  • Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with multi-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Knowledge of accessibility and compliance standards is a plus.
  • Experience with lottery, iGaming, or ecommerce platforms is an advantage.
