About the Role:
A Plus Mobile Fleet Service Inc is looking for a skilled Mobile Diesel Mechanic to join our team in Brea, CA! This is a hands-on, on-the-go opportunity for a motivated technician who thrives working independently and keeping commercial fleets running at peak performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform on-site diesel engine diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance at customer locations
  • Troubleshoot and repair heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and commercial fleet vehicles
  • Conduct brake inspections, repairs, and adjustments in compliance with DOT regulations
  • Service and repair electrical systems, cooling systems, transmissions, and drivetrains
  • Complete accurate work orders and document parts used and services performed
  • Maintain and organize mobile service truck, tools, and inventory
  • Communicate professionally with customers regarding repair status and recommendations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a diesel mechanic, preferably in a mobile or fleet service environment
  • Strong knowledge of heavy-duty diesel engines (Cummins, Detroit, Paccar, etc.)
  • Proficiency with diagnostic software and tools
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL a plus
  • Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with DOT compliance and safety regulations
  • Own tools preferred; reliable and detail-oriented work ethic
