Bristol Bay Services is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Atlanta, GA supporting our family of companies across the nation.
The IT Support Specialist provides advanced technical support to end users across the organization, ensuring reliable operation of Windows-based systems, mobile devices, and core business applications. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently while supporting a fast-paced IT environment.
What You'll Do:
  • Provide support for end users, including hardware, software, network, and account-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems across Windows laptop platforms, including updates, drivers,and system performance.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access through MS Admin portal, Azure AD, and relatedidentity systems.
  • Support and administer mobile device management (MDM) solutions (e.g., Intune, Apple Manager) for smartphones, tablets, and corporate mobile assets.
  • Install, configure, and maintain standard applications, security tools, and productivity software.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and procedures within the ticketing system.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including device setup and account provisioning.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to escalate complex issues and support ongoing infrastructureimprovements.
  • Maintain compliance with security policies, patching requirements, and device managementstandards.
  • Support conference room technology, including Teams Rooms, displays, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure accurate asset tracking
  • Coordinate warranty repairs and vendor support for endpoint hardware.
  • Diagnosing and resolving printer connectivity, printing, and driver issues for local and network printers.

What You Bring:
  • 4-6 years of hands-on IT support experience in a help desk or technical support role.
  • Strong proficiency with Windows 10/11, system administration, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with mobile device management (MDM) platforms and mobile OS support (iOS/Android).
  • Working knowledge of MS admin portal, Exchange admin portal, and identity management.
  • Familiarity with Office 365 suite and common enterprise applications (Adobe Pro).
  • Ability to diagnose and repair hardware issues involving laptops, desktops, printers, docking stations,monitors, and other peripherals.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities while providing professional, timely support.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Jitbit).
  • Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi troubleshooting).
  • Exposure to security tools, Sentinel One endpoint protection, Beyond Trust, Threatlocker, andcompliance requirements.
  • Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 administration, and modern endpoint management concepts.
