The Position: We are looking for an IT Assest Analyst to join our team!
Education and Experience:
  • Associate's degree in information technology or related field preferred.
  • 2 to 5 years of technical support experience.
  • Experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with endpoint management and security tools is preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, medical device, or DME environments preferred

The IT Asset Analyst is responsible for providing exceptional technical support to employees while ensuring company devices, systems, and user activities comply with organizational security policies and healthcare-related compliance requirements. This role supports hardware, software, mobile devices, user access, endpoint security, and compliance initiatives to protect company information and maintain business continuity.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical troubleshooting skills with attention to detail, security awareness, and excellent customer service.
Job Resposibilities:
Technical Support
  • Provide first and second-level technical support to employees.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
  • Configure and deploy new employee equipment.
  • Document support issues and resolutions within the ticketing system.

Device Management
  • Maintain accurate inventory of company technology assets.
  • Perform device imaging, setup, and replacement activities.
  • Manage endpoint management solutions and software deployments.
  • Monitor device health, patching, and update compliance.
  • Coordinate equipment lifecycle and refresh programs.

Security and Compliance
  • Ensure company devices comply with security policies and standards.
  • Assist with endpoint protection, antivirus, and device security monitoring.
  • Support multi-factor authentication and access control processes.
  • Participate in user access reviews and account audits.
  • Assist with security awareness initiatives and employee education.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies related to device usage and information security.
  • Report and escalate potential security incidents.
  • Support internal and external compliance audits.
  • Maintain documentation related to security and compliance activities.

Process Improvement
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
