SharePoint site setup and update: The list

Upload the data from multiple sources excel sheet…et coin monthly basis

Create columns as needed add calculations as needed

Power BI dashboard

Connect list → BI report (Budget, Status, Owner, Timeline)

Power Apps form

Create Forms to enter the data, approved the data

Create/update projects from a mobile form

Power Automate

Email / Teams alerts when status changes

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Power BI.

Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Design and implement data models using Power BI Desktop and Power Query (M)

Integrate Power BI reports with various data sources such as SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, Azure, and cloud-based services.

Automate data refresh and scheduling using Power BI Service.

Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business users to ensure alignment with business goals.

Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues in Power BI reports and datasets.
