What you'll be responsible for
You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Circle's consumer USDC applications, accountable both for the quality of the user experience and for the growth outcomes it produces. • Deep fluency in growth methodology: funnel design, experimentation/A/B testing, lifecycle marketing, and growth modeling
  • Strong product taste and a high bar for consumer UX, paired with the analytical rigor to back decisions with data
  • Track record of setting strategy and driving execution from concept through measurable, large-scale user growth
  • Ability to lead through influence across Design, Engineering, Marketing, Data, and Compliance
