Job description

Business Intelligence Manager A Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for handling the Product Analytics needs of a release train.

This includes consulting with stakeholders, understanding their products and then leveraging analytics skills and tools to make product recommendations.

They are skilled at designing an analysis in response to customer needs and then producing and delivering that analysis.

This person must be able to work independently as the analytics resource for internal stakeholders.

A strong candidate proactively identifies opportunities beyond what stakeholders have asked for, closing the product lifecycle loop by surfacing insights that drive new ideation and optimization strategies.

The Business Intelligence Manager also serves as a technical advisor within an analytics team.

They should feel comfortable consulting with teammates on technical problems and helping teach new skills when necessary.

Successful Business Intelligence Managers are also adept communicators, using storytelling to convey analytics findings and make a recommendation.

A strong candidate will also have Automotive industry, product management, and/or UX experience

Required:

BA/BS in related disciplines (including analytics, statistics, mathematics, sciences, marketing, business, etc.) or equivalent experience

Preferred master s degree in related discipline, analytics, statistics, mathematics, sciences, marketing, business, etc.

8+ years experience or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience

8+ years experience required in using Power BI, Tableau, Domo or other BI tools required. o Power BI experience preferred

8+ years experience working with SQL in a relational database (e.g., SQL Server, Snowflake, Oracle, MySQL) o Snowflake experience preferred

Preferred experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)

Python or R experience preferred

Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, Gemini) preferred

Requires physical ability and mental acuity to execute the duties of the position successfully within required timeframes to meet business requirements.
