You will support a fast-paced team responsible for integrating mobile automation and testing capabilities across mission-critical devices, infrastructure, and data flows. Working directly with customers and stakeholders, you will help modernize existing workflows, introduce automation to improve efficiency, and reduce operational bottlenecks. Your contributions are...
- Lead a team of engineers and testers by gathering requirements, developing technical solutions, assigning work, and tracking deliverables through completion
- Work directly with mission stakeholders and end users to understand operational workflows, define priorities, and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
- Design and maintain system documentation, workflows, and interaction diagrams to communicate architecture, dependencies, and data flows across technical and non-technical audiences
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including LLM-powered capabilities, to improve mission effectiveness, development workflows, and operational efficiency
- Guide the modernization of mobile applications and supporting systems, ensuring solutions remain scalable, maintainable, and aligned with mission needs
- Oversee testing, deployment, and transition activities, ensuring software quality and operational readiness
- Leverage Atlassian tools to manage requirements, track development efforts, and support collaboration across teams and stakeholders
Requirements for your new career...
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. (Additional 4 years of experience may substitute degree)
- 12 years of experience in software development
- Experience gathering, documenting, and managing system requirements across hardware, software, personnel, and operational components
- Expertise using Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence, to manage projects, requirements, and technical documentation
- Familiarity integrating LLM capabilities into existing applications and workflows for automation, summarization, and productivity enhancements
- Knowledge of mobile platforms, mobile applications, and supporting software ecosystems
- Extensive experience interacting directly with mission customers and translating operational needs into technical solutions
- Experience creating system interaction diagrams, workflow documentation, and dataflow visualizations for diverse audiences
- Experience developing or managing automated testing processes and test automation frameworks

Salary range: $170,000 - $240,000
