  • Maintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of the Atlassian ecosystem to confidently advise business stakeholders on system best practices, solution design, and continuous enhancement strategies.

  • Drive end-to-end application success by managing all phases of the system lifecycle, including administration, comprehensive testing, technical support, and end-user training to ensure high adoption and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure external fabrication and supplier processes align with internal manufacturing requirements and quality standards.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to improve process efficiency, reduce cycle times, and increase yield.

  • Drive tooling and equipment validation, ensuring custom fixtures and tools are fully qualified for use in production, including performing capability studies where necessary.

You Bring:
  • Seeking 4-7 years of IT experience as an Application Developer, System Administrator, or Business Systems Analyst.

  • Extensive experience administering and developing cloud-based Atlassian applications, specifically Jira Cloud, Jira Service Management (JSM), Jira Product Discovery (JPD), Assets, and Confluence.

  • Technical problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate with functional stakeholders to determine best practices and implement technical requirements such as advanced workflow configurations, Jira Automation rules, and API integrations.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Action-oriented, "can do" attitude demonstrating a willingness to accept accountability and responsibility for individual actions.

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field

Nice to have:
  • Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP) certifications (e.g., Jira Administrator for Cloud) are highly preferred.

  • Practical experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and ITIL processes, with a proven track record of translating those exact methodologies into Jira boards, Jira Service Management queues, Atlassian Plans, and enterprise alignment structures (Projects, Teams, and Goals).

  • Familiarity with scripting languages (Groovy and Python) and query languages (JQL, AQL).

  • Familiarity with Atlassian Forge is a plus.
