Job Description

We have a need for an Apex Developer for our direct client in Los Alamos, NM for a 3-6 month contract. The ideal candidate will be a member of the SAE-2's group and will be responsible for the analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and documentation of custom built applications. The candidate must have extensive programming experience, excellent organization skills, and the ability to multi-task. The successful candidate should also have be an expert in their field, and the willingness to provide knowledge transfer session. Finally, the candidate must be a highly motivated software developer with extensive experience in Oracle Apex, SQL, PLSQL, JQuery, JavaScript, and RESTful Services.

Job Requirements:

Experience in developing Oracle Application Express applications in version 4.x/5.x

Experience with Oracle database development (SQL and PLSQL)

Experience with JQuery and JavaScript libraries

In-depth knowledge of HTML 5, CSS, JSON, and AJAX framework

Experience with mobile application development and ability to create RESTful services

Experience in complex, large scale true web application development

Strong designing, development and trouble shooting skills

Be an excellent team player and independently able to research and provide resolute on for production support

Desired Skills:

Ability to assess the impact of software upgrades and other environment changes

Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills for communicating technical information and building relationships with customers

Extensive experience with software configuration management; software quality assurance methodologies

Demonstrated experience analyzing and defining business requirements and preparing technical designs

Complete understanding in Oracle database design relationships and data modeling including performance tuning

Strong multitasking capabilities and the ability to work on multiple projects/issues simultaneously

Experience with build tools (example: Ant, Maven, Gradle)

Linux Administration skills, including firewall configuration and Samba file server configuration

Extensive experience providing support to Oracle EBS 12.* in either the HRMS, Procurement or Financial modules

Experience implementing TCP/IP sockets

Experience implementing data acquisition

Familiarity with KepWare

Familiarity with LabView

Experience automating testing of web applications with Selenium

Active DOE Q clearance
