As a Managed Services Engineer II (Android Developer), you will work with cross-functional teams to maintain application stability, improve operational performance, and drive issue resolution across production and non-production environments. Work you'll do

As a Managed Services Engineer II on the AI & Engineering team, you will be responsible for:

  • Support day-to-day operations for enterprise applications and platforms, including monitoring, incident response, defect resolution, and service restoration
  • Troubleshoot application, integration, and environment issues across development, test, and production environments
  • Partner with product, engineering, infrastructure, and client stakeholders to identify root causes, implement fixes, and improve system reliability
  • Execute and support change, release, and deployment activities in accordance with established operational and risk controls
  • Contribute to process improvement, automation, documentation, and support readiness activities to improve service quality and operational efficiency
