Urology Physician Assistant – Duluth, MN
Join a leading facility in Duluth, Minnesota, as a Urology Physician Assistant and enjoy a rewarding schedule with excellent compensation and supportive team collaboration. This flexible position offers the opportunity for a permanent role, with a start date of August 15, 2026, and a friendly, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide urology patient care, including outpatient and hospital rounding
  • Assist with call volume management, working alongside a team of surgeons and support staff
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Participate in patient assessments, diagnostic testing, and treatment planning
  • Support surgical cases and pre/post-operative management
  • Contribute to a friendly, patient-focused environment
What You Need
  • Valid licensure as a Physician Assistant in Minnesota
  • Urology experience preferred but not required
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to adjust to variable schedule demands
About the Assignment
This position is based at a prominent hospital in Duluth, MN, supporting a collaborative group of three board-certified urologic surgeons. The team is known for its friendly atmosphere and dedicated support staff, including a recently onboarded advanced practice provider assisting with hospital rounds. The provider will work closely with a supportive team to deliver exceptional urological care in a busy, diverse clinical setting.
