Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $245–$310 (rate depends on experience and shift specifics)

What You'll Do
- Provide medically directed anesthesia services across multiple hospital units, including OR, Cath lab, GI, EP, MRI, and CT
- Manage 1–2 longer cases or 3–4 shorter cases per day, averaging 8-hour shifts
- Offer care for all patient ages at a Level 1 trauma center
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists in a collegial, team-based environment
- Consider cases with high acuity, excluding transplants and pediatric hearts
- Ensure patient safety and comfort through continuous monitoring and personalized care
- Document all procedures accurately and timely
What You Need
- Current Minnesota RN Anesthetist license
- Certification from the NBCRNA
- Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program (masters or doctorate)
- CPR, BCLS, ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of CRNA experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and within a team
