Job description

Mobile Medical Corporation (MMC), a certified WBE with 35+ years of nationwide occupational health experience, is seeking an outgoing Paramedic to join our onsite medical team on a major construction project in Hobart, IN.
In this role, you'll provide injury triage, support the safety team, promote worker wellness, and help maintain a safe, productive job site.

What You'll Do
  • Provide injury triage, treatment, and follow-up care
  • Assess occupational & non-occupational injuries using evidence-based protocols
  • Document all care in EMR (Cority)
  • Support site safety: Stretch & Flex, site walks, hazard identification
  • Conduct new-hire orientation, drug testing, and occupational health services
  • Maintain a clean, organized clinic
  • Collaborate with MMC leadership, local providers, and client teams
  • Deliver excellent customer service and help foster a positive work environment
  • Support wellness initiatives and employee health efforts

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Paramedic experience
  • Active Missouri Paramedic license
  • Occupational health experience
  • Emergency medicine background (ambulance or ER) preferred
  • OSHA-30 within 90 days (company provided)
  • ACLS, PHTLS, or ITLS
